Our U.S. Domestic Shipping & Handling Policy

Our shipping & handling fees are based on your order total. The chart below shows your expected shipping rate. Some specifically marked items also can incur a large-item fee. This fee is added on top of the shipping & handling. Any item that has a large-item fee is marked as such.

About our shipping:

We Ship all orders via UPS or USPS.
Please do not provide drop off instructions with your order.
Tracking number(s) for your purchase(s) will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped.
Tracking Numbers are provided with all UPS Shipments.
Delivery Confirmation Numbers are provided with all USPS Domestic Shipments.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please allow 72 hours for order processing.
Orders received Friday evening and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.

Our International Shipping Policy

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders. This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.

Step-By-Step Order Guide

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. At Checkout, setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo logo. You can also set this up now by clicking the Bongo logo below.
3. After you signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own U.S. address.
4. Then you can complete checkout with your new U.S. shipping address supplied by Bongo.
5. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
6. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
7. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for the delivery of your order.

Our Price Match Policy

We will beat EVERYONE!

If you find ski equipment on another U.S. Ski dealer's website for less we will BEAT their price by 10%
The item must be:
The exact same model and model year
Must be in stock.
Must be from a U.S. based dealer
Total cost= Item cost + shipping and handling

To receive the price match guarantee, in the comments box of our order form at checkout simply include the website address where you found the lower priced item. We will look it up and if the price is lower than ours, we will deduct the difference from your order total. It's that easy!!!

Please note because we have to verify the price first, your savings will only appear on your credit card statement and not on your shopping cart totals at checkout. Thank you for shopping with us!

We reserve the right to review each request. Not applicable on closeout items, but all requests will be considered.

Our Other Policies

Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order. We realize issues do arise. ALL products are covered under Manufactures Warranty; we DO NOT cover any issues beyond Manufactures Warranty.

If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have thirty (30) days to contact us for a return authorization. After thirty (30) days all sales are final.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Damages in Shipping
If you received a damaged item please contact customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens, just contact us, and we will be more than happy to work with you determine the best possible resolution.

Incorrect Item Received
Occasionally an error may occur. We will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product please call 1-800-807-7140 and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping.

Inadvertent Misrepresentation
Please COMPLETELY read item title & description before contacting us. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service.

If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund or credit, including original shipping upon the return of the item. The customer is responsible for returning the product. We will provide a return label via email. Once received we will re-evaluate the item and determine if where error occurred.
